Returns

Due to the nature of SaaS-based digital products, if you have confirmed/accepted the delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We strictly offer “no refunds” once delivery is accepted by the Buyer. 

In case, you have not received the purchased item within 24 hrs, then you are eligible for a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Specifically, software or digital services are available on our website.

Note:

Questions/Concerns/Disputes related to the software should be raised within 24 Hrs of purchase time. Failing the 24 hrs timeline will automatically Consider your acceptance of the software.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is received, we will evaluate it on the basis of the reason specified. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The refund request is eligible only within 24 hrs of purchase time and can be approved only for Below reasons –

  1. Account login issue & Team is not able to solve this problem.
  2. Software Access issue & Team is not able to solve this problem.
  3. Error 503 & Team is not able to solve this problem.
  4. Refunds are applicable only for PAYPAL/Card Transactions/Purchases.

Note: Apart from this, a refund can not be issued for any other reason/s.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund & Fee

The Refunded amount will have some fee deducted from the total transaction amount that will include the fee charged by the payment gateway provider and admin fee for working on your accounts on server like creation, updation or deletion of the accounts from server. Fee may vary between £10-12 approximately.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded depending upon the conditions mentioned above, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Since, we sell Saas-based service thru our membership products on our website, due to the nature of the product there is no exchange that shall be provided to you.

Return Shipping

Due to the nature of the product i.e. SaaS-based digital products, there is no need to send us your purchased item back. We’ll simply cancel your membership so that you’ll not be able to use the product anymore.
